Cougar Creek House of Horrors

The SCARIEST fun in BC returns to Surrey!!

Now in its 3rd year, the newly and aptly named Cougar CreepShow is back with dug-up local schlock-star host, Dandy of the Dead. Huzzah! Cougar Creek's House of Horrors has quite literally reworked their entire queue system and more than doubled the size of their stage so ticket holders can enjoy the show (and therefore become mentally distracted from their impending dooms. It's all psychology, darling.) and to make way for this scream-season's line up of Cougar Creepers.

The Cougar CreepShow was curated and put together by scream queen and Creative and Casting Director of the former, Vancouver Horror Nights, Ryan Purdy. In addition to host Dandy of the Dead, the show will also feature on most nights local drag queen legend Scarlett Rosé and gender-bending-clown ingenue, Tally Ho. The last two weekends of October and of course the night when all Cougar Creeps arise, adds in local flow artist, Jessica Roh @jess.m.roh and Mistress of Blades, Midori @firequeen.of.bohemia

Meet some of the
Cougar CreepShow, Cougar Creepers:

Dandy (of the Dead) (he/him) is the award-winning host made popular on TikTok for his viral videos promoting queer joy! Winner of Host of the Year 2024 for Vancouver International Burlesque Festival and awarded runner up in the Georgia Straight’s BEST OF VANCOUVER for his show Drag Attack! - you can catch him regularly on stage in his shows at the iconic Rio Theatre in Vancouver, or touring regularly this year between LA and New York City. His new series Dandyland, which highlights businesses, organizations, and artists in the lower-mainland of British Columbia’s LGBT Community, premiered September 2024 on Optik TV. @dandyandfriends

Scarlett Rosé is a Lower Mainland based Drag Queen. Scarlett is originally from Vancouver where she began performing, but now resides in Langley where she has introduced drag and queer culture. Her blend of comedy, dancing and occasionally singing has led to her hosting her successful and longest running drag show in the Lower Mainland “DRAGGED OUT SUNDAYS”. Scarlett Rosé is also one of the founding members of the Langley Pride Society, with a goal of creating more safe and inclusive spaces for all in Langley. She uses drag as her platform to connect and entertain. Don’t miss out on seeing her live! @thesparklingscarlettrose

Tally Ho born right there on the Cougar CreepShow stage, made her messy debut into the world of goth drag in 2023. Tally Ho's evolution and ultimate creation began back in 2021 where they were originally hired as a fresh drama grad to perform as a feature scare actor at a local haunt. The role happened to be that of a Ringmaster, a character that melded together the primal demons that feast on human flesh and the manic, but mostly off-putting, joy of clowns. The next natural move of course was to enroll in actual clown college. Which itself bore a clown creature often seen randomly about the streets of Vancouver year round. All this until there was penultimately, Tally Ho @the.tally.ho

Whisper Nights

Open for the season on October 4th, Cougar Creek’s House of Horrors is scaring folks most nights in  October. Thrill-seekers are given just 1 candle per group to navigate their way through our dark, creature-filled  mazes.
