QueerProv presents: PWYC improv shows at The Junction

Join us any (or every) Wednesday at The Junction for pay-what-you-can improv comedy shows filled with games, longform, laughs, and queer stories by queer performers. All folks welcome - whether you're queer, straight, or questioning - come on down to laugh your faces AND your butts off!

Wed, 4, 11 and 18 Dec - 8 pm

The Junction

1138 Davie Street Vancouver,

Our regular shows are full of games, long-form, laughs, and queer stories told by queer performers. Our large cast allows for endless combinations of hosts and casts, making every night at QP different from the last. Good times guaranteed!

Tickets are pay-what-you-can with a recommended donation of $10, but no one turned away for lack of funds!

QueerProv is an improv comedy troupe run by The Queer Improv Society, a registered non-profit organization of queer-identifying volunteers and artists. If you've never seen improv before, you're in for a treat. Improv is a genre of theatre in which all of the performers are making everything up on the spot. The dialogue and situations have never been seen before - never to be seen again. The result is storytelling that is equal parts freewheeling and hilarious. Our most common format is 60% games, 40% longform. You can read a bit about our show here and we involve folks from the comedy, queer, and arts communities.
