What The Frock Productions was created to make drag more accessible and affordable. Since its inception we have continued to grow both our community of performers as well as our reach. Originally producing events Downtown Vancouver, we now provide entertainment and paid work across Greater Vancouver including the tri-city areas, too.

LOOKOUT! Drag Queens! Is a unique addition to Vancouver's LGBTQ scene as it thrusts drag into the stratosphere, literally. Never before has the Vancouver Lookout seen an event quite like this. DJ’s, Dancing, Drinks and Drag, atop Vancouvers no.1 tourist spot with thrilling 360-degree views.

The Lookout is easily accessible, accommodates a large capacity and offers a one-of-a-kind viewing experience. This event is hoping to welcome people from across Greater Vancouver to help bridge the gap between the downtowners and beyond.

We have carefully selected a wonderful array of drag artists to serve you, party with you and perform for you. This welcoming environment sets out to encourage people to feel more at ease with the ever-changing world and its attitude towards drag, sex and pronouns etc. We are excited to be working with some fabulous sponsors – Home By Midnight, Brave Brewing Co and Drag Me – the new app to discover drag events happening near you.

You start the evening in a glass elevator and ascend to the club night in the clouds. A la New York City we will be surprising you with breakout performances, so keep your eyes peeled and your tips ready!

We celebrate diversity and champion new and burgeoning talent. Lookout! Drag Queens! Is a culmination and celebration of our hard work over the past few years. We’ve introduced 2 new LGBTQ friendly venues to the performers of Davie village and produced competitions, family-friendly brunches, cabarets and Pride productions with aplomb and continue to break barriers across BC. We encourage guests to dress fancy and show us who you really are without the constraints of society.

We are eager to collaborate with interested parties and businesses who wish to support this event. Sponsorship in a monetary form and in-kind are welcomed, and we look forward to hearing from you.

We believe our future is bright and are excited to bring you more inspiring events in the future, including a sitcom drag show, a new What The Frock! Musical and a summer family-friendly pantomime in Coquitlam called “Pride Pirates and the Ship of Destiny”. If you are looking to get involved in the drag community we welcome you with open arms. If you want to make new friends, help with a show, or even get on stage, we offer a safe space with no judgements and no tolerance for harmful behavior.
