2SLGBTQI+ Projects Fund 2024 call for Proposals

Women and Gender Equality Canada invites Canadian not-for-profit organizations that are legally constituted to apply for funding.

They must work primarily or entirely with 2SLGBTQI+ communities.

The objective of this call for proposals is to advance the equality of 2SLGBTQI+ people. Community-informed projects will address needs and barriers to equality.

The Department will give priority to proposals:

1. That address barriers to equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people who are:

Intersex
Trans
Two Spirit
Non-binary
Indigenous
Black
Racialized
Refugee, immigrant or newcomer
living with disabilities
seniors
youth
low-income
member of an official language minority communities
living in rural, remote and/or northern communities

2. That address any other gaps, such as geography, as deemed by the Department

The deadline to submit an application for funding is April 10, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific time.
