LGBTQIA+ Yoga class
Gentle Flow with Meditation Every Wednesday at 10am This weekly Flow class is for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community who don’t see themselves represented in conventional Yoga spaces. We allow ourselves to move, breathe and be in an inclusive way, Body and Mind.

Variable Schedule
The OUT Foundation and OUTWOD have launched daily online classes for and by the LGBTQ+ community. Each week, they will highlight 2-3 LGBTQ+ instructors from across the United States who will lead online classes for a donation of $7. They also have a listing of LGTBQ and allies fitness instructors which lists who is running online classes. https://theoutfoundation.org/covid19/
